My headline is a bit… Ridiculous. Especially given this stocks performance over the last several months. However, with it sitting near ‘absolute bottom’ — the idea is it can ‘race’ (NASCAR pun?) back out of trips if management gets their act together.

ASII – Accredited Solutions, Inc. took over a shell from ‘Good Hemp, Inc.’ a little over a year ago (5/11/2022) when shares were $0.03+, and officially changed the name of the company on June 3rd, 2022. From there, ASII started raising money the only way 99% of OTC companies are able to in the beginning — convertible notes and “dilution”. On August 1st, 2022, ASII received $125,000 to get things rollin’, followed by a much larger ‘Equity Agreement‘ for up to $5,000,000.

By the end of September 2022, the company announces their first distribution deal for their EnviroXstream product line. Then, by December 12th, 2022, ASII signs a sponsorship deal with Spire Motorsports, which includes ‘brand awareness’ on the NASCAR driven by Corey LaJoie. You can even watch a video of Corey using EnviroXstream on ASII’s Twitter.

For the record, I personally bought a bottle of EnviroXstream as a way of seeing how long it would take to fulfill my order. It was processed and shipped right away.

If you started buying stock around the time all these announcements were being made ($0.006, down to $0.0015 by mid-December), you’re not very happy right now. But, if you’re discovering this stock anywhere near the current price per share ($0.0003), I think it’s worth considering. It would be fairly shocking if they didn’t submit their filings soon. I suspect once they return to being current with the SEC, the price could easily move back out of the ‘trips’. My guess is dilution from the $5,000,000 funding deal is what brought this stock down from $0.01+ to $0.0003… It can’t drop much more, but it can certainly run back to the sky with great revenue / profit news.

Sometimes traders/investors do have to cut their losses and move on.
